Mission
PS I Love You Ministries is a faith based non profit organization that desires to demonstrate God's heart in Psalm 68:5 as a 'Father to the Fatherless'. The organization was founded in 2009 by two ordinary couples with a desire to make a difference in the lives of children. This desire was driven by their experience as foster parents.
We seek to partner the God-given time, talents and resources of the Christian community at large to serve orphans, both legal and social, and children-at-risk. We will raise awareness of the issues that confront children in foster care as well as provide for their needs and for the needs of those that care for them. These needs include but are not limited to physical, emotional, social and spiritual.
We do this in response to the grace and mercy shown us by God with a desire to share His love to others in tangible ways and through the sharing of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Statement of Faith
We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. (Deut. 6:4-5; Matt 28:19-20; Mark 12:28-31; 1John 5:7)
We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and is inerrant in its original text. (Numbers 23:16-19; John 1:1-14; 2Timothy 3: 15-17)
We believe that Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary. (Isa.7:14; Matt.1:18-23)
We believe in the deity of our Lord, Christ Jesus. Jesus is God incarnate, and was manifest in human flesh. He was like us in all ways except for one, being free from sin. (Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1-14; John8:58; John 10:30)
We believe that all man is the special creation of God, created in His own image. In the beginning man was innocent of sin and was endowed by his Creator with freedom of choice. By his free choice man sinned against God and brought sin into the human race. (Rom.3:23)
We believe in the atoning death of Jesus, who died on the cross so that we might live - offering Himself up as the perfect sacrifice for sinful man. (Rom.5:6-10; 1Thes.5:9-10)
We believe that salvation is by faith alone and not by works; but the natural outcome of this free gift bestowed upon us is works; good deeds prepared for us by God. (Eph.2:8-9)
This ministry exists to help and rescue orphans in distress, with the intent of showing Christ’s love and offering His salvation to them.
